USV Hercules is excited to invite you for the next edition of the EGCA Youth Championships 2025.
We will welcome you in our beautiful city of Utrecht in The Netherlands. The tournament will be held from November 13th till November 16th 2025.

REGISTRATION
Please find registration regulations and the registration form here
We are inviting all the goalball clubs in Europe to take part in our tournament. The maximum number of participating clubs decided by EGCA is ten, so please don’t hesitate to register quickly!

ENTRY FEE
Entry fee is 270 € / person from Thursday to Sunday and it includes:
– Transportation between the airport and the hotel;
– Accommodation from Thursday to Sunday at Hotel Mitland in twin or triple rooms;
– Meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) from Thursday dinner to Sunday lunch.
The nearest airport is Schiphol Airport Amsterdam ( AMS).
We can individually calculate costs from other airports as Eindhoven Airport or Rotterdam-The Hague Airport.
Extra night cost €150 for a twin room including tourist taxes.
PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE
- Thursday November 13th 2025: Arrival of teams
- Friday November 14th 2025 1st Competition day
- Saturday November 15th 2025: 2nd Competition day
– Sunday November 16th 2025: 3rd Competition day and medal games, at the latest 15:00 Closing ceremony and departure of the teams
EGCA Competition Committee will make the game schedule of the tournament depending on number of participating clubs.
VENUE
The tournament will be played at sports hall of USV Hercules.
Floor material of the play court is a smooth surface floor.
There are dressing rooms at the venue.
ACCOMMODATION & MEALS
Teams and referees will be accommodated at Hotel Mitland in Utrecht at about a 10 minutes’ walk from the venue.
We will have breakfast in Hotel Mitland.
Lunch and dinner will be served at the Pavilion of USV Hercules at the Venue.
INSURANCE
Please take care that all the members of your team have own valid insurance during the tournament. In case of an injury, we will help you to get first-aid and transfer the injured person to the hospital if necessary.
DEADLINES
– June 7th 2025: registration will be open.
– August 15th 2025: registration will be closed.
– August 20th 2025: participating clubs will be published by EGCA, entry form and invoice will be sent to the clubs by the organizer.
– September 5th 2025: entry form will be returned and participation fees paid by the clubs.
– At the latest October 31st 2025: information package, game schedule and team line-ups will be announced on EGCA website and sent to the clubs.
