
A warm welcome to the official website of the EGCA Youth (U23)Championships 2026. The 4th edition of the competition will be held in Antalya, Türkiye from 5th to 8th November organized by Isparta Blind Sports Club in cooperation with EGCA.
VENUE AND ACCOMMODATION
The tournament will be played at the Atatürk Spor Salonu (address: Kızlar Pınarı Mah., Şoförler Odası Sok., No:13/2, Alanya, Antalya). The floor material of the sport hall is wooden floor and the´spectator capacity of the venue is 1600.
The competition hotel will be the TAÇ Premier Hotel & Spa (address: Saray, Atatürk Blv. No:158, 07460 Alanya/Antalya). Distance between the hotel and the venue is 1,2 km.

PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE
- Thursday 5th November: Arrival of teams, technical meeting
- Friday 6th November: 1st Competition Day
- Saturday 7th November: 2nd Competition Day
- Sunday 8th November: 3rd Competition Day, Medal Ceremony (around 14:00), departure of teams
Attention: Flights can leave earliest at 16:30 from Antalaya.
PARTICIPATION FEE
There are two participation fee options:
- Full package 270 € / person: the full package includes a tournament acreditation, hotel accommodation in twin or triple rooms, meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) from arrival day dinner to departure day lunch and the airport transportation.
Attention: A single room in the hotel costs extra 50 € / person / night. Extra night in the hotel costs 100 € / person / night including dinner and breakfast. - Light package 105 € / person that includes the airport transportation and lunch at the venue during competition days. A participating club has a responsibility to arrange their own accommodation, meals except competition day lunch and local transportation between the accommodation Place and the venue.

CLUB & ATHLETE REGULATIONS
Please read these club and athlete regulations carefully before your registration.
Club regulations:
- All the European goalball clubs who are official EGCA members can participate in this tournament. If you are not yet the official EGCA member, please register your club quickly and easily by clicking here:
- The maximum number of 10 participating clubs is defined by the EGCA Competition Committee;
- The host club Isparta Blind Sports Club as well as the Top 3 clubs of last edition: RGC Hansa Rostock (Germany), FSBU Gothenburg (Sweden) and Aarhus Goalball (Denmark) are automatically qualified to the tournament;
- We will approve clubs to the tournament in registration order (first applied, first approved). We approve first 1 club / country and then if there are still open spots in the tournament we will confirm clubs in registration order. The host club and the Top 3 clubs of last edition are exluded from this quota;
Attention: Please don’t book any flight tickets before you have received the final confirmation from the organizer and EGCA that you have approved to the competition!
Athlete regulation:
(1) Athletes from each gender who comply with IBSA standards can participate;
(2) Teams can be consisted by girls, boys or mixed;
(3) A team must name minimum 4 and can name maximum 6 athletes to its squad at the Youth Championships;
(4) An athlete who have born on 1st January 2003 or later are eligible to participate;
(5) One overage athlete is allowed (maximum one year overage) if a team has only three U23 athletes;
(6) This is a separate competition and if an athlete has played in other EGCA competitions or represent another club during the year it doesn’t prevent him / her to participate in this tournament;
(7) Unclassified athletes (also sighted) are allowed at a at the Youth Championships;
(8) A team can name maximum 2 foreign athletes to its squad at the Youth Championships. Foreign athlete is an athlete who is not living permanently or have a nationality of a country where a team comes from;
Attention: In unclear situations, EGCA may ask the athlete to provide proof of residence.
(9) In EGCA Youth (U23) Championships it is mandatory for the clubs to send with the entry form a photo of ID / passport of each athlete that we can ensure their age;
(10) Failure to comply with registration rules results in a 10-0 loss in the game.

- 31st July; Registration will be finished
- August: 1st entry form will be sent and must be returned
- September: 2nd entry form is sent and must be returned. The invoice for the participation fees will be sent and must be paid
- October: Information package will be sent
