Venue: The tournament will be played at the Public Venue of Zofria in the city of Athens, Greece (Address of the venue: Dionysoy 32, 13344 Ano Liosia). Floor material of the play court is wooden parquet floor.

PLAY SYSTEM, RULES & PROTEST
There are two preliminary groups in the tournament:
Group A: Ionas GC, ASD Blind Hawks Trento, Beer Sheva, PanCyprian Organization of the Blind
Group B: Ifaistos, Goalball Zwolle, Greater Manchester Falcons, Old Power
Teams play a single round robin in the groups. Top 2 clubs of the groups will continue to the semifinals and medal games while teams who are ranked at places 3-4 in the groups play for places 5-8 in the tournament.
Teams will earn 3 points from a victory, 1 point from a tie and 0 points from a loss;
Teams ranking in the tournament with single or double round robin as well as in group stage will be determined as follow:
a) Earned points;
b) Goal Difference;
c) Missed Goals;
d) If parameters A – C are equal between two teams, better is a team who has won their respective match;
e) If the respective match has finished tie, better is a team who has led at half time;
f) If parameters are still equal there will be organized extra throws competition to determine the ranking of the teams.
The tournament will be played under the current IBSA rules. There is a rule test during the tournament that a referee doesn’t use “PLAY” command anymore. The game starts from the whistle of a referee.
Protest: A protest should be given literally to the chief referee within an half hour after a game. Protest fee is 100 € and it must be paid by cash at the same time than a club is leaving the protest to the chief referee. You can find protest document on the official table. If the protest is acknowledged, the money is given back. If not, the money goes to the EGCA for development of club goalball. The tournament jury will talk about the protest and give a decision. The tournament jury is:
Tournament director: Zampeta Christina (if Christina’s club Ionas GC has played in the game that is under the protest, she will be replaced by a team representative who has not been part of the game that is under the protest)
Referee representative: Christodoulos Antonios (if Antonios has officiated in the game that is under the protest, he will be replaced by another referee who has not officiated in the game that is under the protest)
